CATERING SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
- Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to secure the event date and time. No date is “held” or “reserved” until the deposit is received and cleared.
- Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due in full seven (7) days prior to the event date. If the balance is not paid, Addicted 2 Pizza reserves the right to cancel the service and retain the deposit.
2. GUEST COUNT AND MENU CHANGES
- Final Count: The Client must provide the final guest count no later than 10 days before the event. If the guest count increases after this date, we will do our best to accommodate, and additional charges will apply. We do not offer refunds if the actual guest count is lower than the guaranteed minimum.
- Menu Selection: All pizza varieties and dietary requests must be finalized 14 days before the event.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs, loss of potential income from other bookings, and pre-event preparations.
- Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels within 7 days of the event, the Client is responsible for 100% of the total contract price.
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 21 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a $150 rescheduling fee.
4. SITE REQUIREMENTS & ACCESS
- Space: The Client must provide a flat, level area of at least 10×20 feet for the trailer and ovens.
- Access: The Client guarantees that the site is accessible to a vehicle and trailer. If we cannot access the site due to narrow gates, steep hills, or unpaved paths not disclosed in advance, the service may be cancelled without a refund.
- Permits: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or “No Parking” signs required for Addicted 2 Pizza to operate at the location.
5. WEATHER POLICY
- Rain or Shine: We operate in most weather conditions including light rain. In the event of extreme weather (high winds, lightning, or heavy flooding) that poses a safety risk to our staff or equipment, Addicted 2 Pizza reserves the right to delay or cancel.
- Liability: No refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations by the Client.
6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
- Limited Liability: Addicted 2 Pizza is not responsible for any damage to the property (driveways, lawns, etc.) caused by the weight or movement of the vehicle/trailer.
- Food Safety: Once food is served and left on the buffet table, Addicted 2 Pizza is no longer liable for its handling or consumption. We do not recommend saving “leftovers” due to food safety regulations regarding temperature control.
- Allergies: We handle flour, dairy, and meat on-site. While we offer gluten-free and vegetarian options, we operate in a small mobile kitchen and cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. The Client is responsible for informing guests of this risk.
7. SERVICE TIME
- Punctuality: We arrive 60-90 minutes before the serving time for setup. Service will last for the duration specified in the chosen package.
- Overtime: Any service exceeding the contracted time will be billed at $100 per hour (or fraction thereof).
8. GOVERNING LAW
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State where the event takes place. Any disputes will be settled in the local jurisdiction of Addicted 2 Pizza’s primary business address.
